This is a front 19 x 2.50 Harley-Davidson 40 spoke wheel. It is in very good used condition. But overall, it doesn appear to have been ran on the road. OEM part number is 43312-84b.

Possibly just fitted for a custom install, then went another direction. There are some minor scratches and scuffs on the hub. It appears there was a tire mounted at one time.
