Dirt, grease, or oil. Normal use marks or scratches in the paint. Still LOOKS fine.however when spun, there IS a slight wobble.

I.e no dents or obvious other damage. Shown in pics these is a spot on the lip with some scratches see pics Clearly has suffered impact of kind here. Parts might fit more model's / bikes or years than what we say.
