Comes as shown. Please see all the pictures. I'm not positive on the part number. This wheel and tire came from a 2006 Ktm 950 super moto.

I do have the sprocket and support if needed.the tire is in good usable condition. The wheel is dirty has grease and chain lube on it. The brake rotor is still good also. Its hard to read on the wheel.
