I'm guessing it is pre 2008 Harley Softail because has the 3/4 bearings which can probably be switched out to 25mm if needed.

The wheel is in great condition with very little signs of wear. I also found these numbers stamped on the wheel: 5023513maybe that can help with fitment. There is no damage at all.
