This is a clean factory black 09 and up Impeller mag wheel w/ axle. Theres hardly any wear and might have some minor scratches in a couple spots from road. The tire is a little hard and probably needs to be swapped out before being installed ran. The dual floating rotors are nice and smooth have no ridges or warps.
