The rim is straight with rust on some areas of chrome. If you are outside the USA than contact me and I may decide to work out shipping but before try purchasing. There are no cracks or breaks in the brake plate. The brake cam is stuck and has not been disassembled to see pads sears Puch Allstate Moped front wheel assembly.

This wheel assembly does have good usable parts and being sold as-is the hub is in condition. Believe serial number is spokes are mostly good but does have some bent and none broken.
